  • SHIPPING POLICY

    Processing Time: Please allow 1-3 business days for ready-made items and 2-4 weeks for custom/made-to-order items before shipping. Processing times do not include weekends or holidays. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

    Shipping Times: Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. I am not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, customs (for international orders), or other circumstances beyond my control.

    Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. I am not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes may not be possible once the order has shipped.

    Delivery Confirmation: Once your package is marked as "delivered" by the carrier, it is considered successfully delivered. I am not responsible for packages marked as delivered that are lost, stolen, or misplaced after delivery. I strongly recommend adding signature confirmation at checkout for added security.

    Lost or Damaged Packages: If your tracking shows your package is lost in transit, please contact me within 7 days and I will assist in filing a claim with the carrier. For packages that arrive damaged, contact me within 48 hours with photos of the damaged item and packaging. Claims submitted after these timeframes may not be honored.

    International Orders: International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by their country. These fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. I am not responsible for delays or issues related to customs clearance.

    Shipping Upgrades: Expedited shipping options upgrade the carrier speed only, not the processing time. Processing times remain the same regardless of shipping method selected.

    Weather & Carrier Delays: During peak seasons (holidays) or severe weather, shipping delays may occur. These are beyond my control and are not grounds for refunds or cancellations once an item has shipped.

    PO Boxes & Military Addresses: Some carriers cannot deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please verify your address type is compatible with the selected shipping method.

  • RETURN & REFUND POLICY

    Thank you for supporting my handmade crochet business! Due to the handmade nature of all items, please review this policy carefully before purchasing.

    Custom & Made-to-Order Items All custom and made-to-order items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once production begins. By placing a custom order, you agree to this policy.

    Ready-to-Ship Items Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for ready-made items only, subject to the following conditions:

    Return Requirements:

    • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached

    • Item must be returned in original packaging

    • Photo evidence of the item in its current condition must be sent BEFORE return shipping

    • Return must be pre-approved by contacting us within 7 days of delivery

    • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

    • Item must be shipped with tracking; we are not responsible for lost return packages

    Non-Returnable Items:

    • Custom or personalized items

    • Items showing any signs of use, washing, or pet hair/odors

    • Items with removed tags

    • Sale or clearance items

    • Digital patterns or tutorials

    Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected (within 5-7 business days), we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method minus a 15% restocking fee and original shipping costs. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear.

    Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace or refund approved claims at no cost to you.

    Lost or Stolen Packages: Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend adding signature confirmation at checkout. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

    Fraudulent Claims: Any fraudulent return claims, chargebacks, or misrepresentation of item condition will result in permanent ban from purchasing and may be reported to appropriate authorities.
