Hi, I'm Ella!
At 8 years old, my Nana taught me to crochet — and I haven't put down my hook since. What started as quiet afternoons learning stitches grew into something I never could have imagined. By the time I was 11, I was selling my handmade creations at the end of my driveway, at yard sales, and on Facebook. At 18, I made it official: Ladybug Fiber Arts was born.
The name "Ladybug" comes from a nickname my parents gave me when I was little — one that stuck, and one I carry with so much love. It felt only right to name this little business after it.
Every piece I make is created with intention. Whether it's a custom blanket, an amigurumi plushie, or a ready-to-ship gift, my goal is always the same: to make something beautiful that someone will treasure. I love fulfilling this dream by creating keepsakes and gifts for my family, friends, and community.
You Can Find Me Locally
I'm proud to have found a home with some wonderful local businesses here in Oklahoma. You can shop my work in person at Sweet Friends Bakery and Oklahoma Swim Academy — two places I truly love being a part of.
I also make special give-back dolls for Oklahoma Swim Academy, a project that is close to my heart. Every doll bought at Oklahoma Swim Academy means one child who was not able to have swim lessons now has an opportunity to learn for free. It's my small way of supporting an organization that does so much good for our community's kids.
Let's Grow Together
One of my favorite parts of this journey has been connecting with other small business owners. There's something so special about a community of makers and entrepreneurs lifting each other up — and I'm always looking to grow those connections.
If you're a small business owner and you'd love to collaborate, cross-promote, or simply say hi, I would love to hear from you. Let's build something beautiful together.
Thank you for being here. Every purchase, every share, and every kind word means the world to me.
